Steamed Bok Choy

  • 1 bunch bok choy
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
How to Cook

Rince and pat dry bok choy, cut bok choy length way into quaters.Steam the bok choy over high heat about 5-6 minutes.

While steaming bok choy, heat up another small fry pan.

Add oil and sesame oil, and oyster sauce and light soy sauce. Heat for a few seconds until sauce binds together.

Pour sauce onto bok choy once the bok choy is steamed and serve hot.

Great vege dish to go with a lot of Chinese meat dishes, eg peking duck, roast pork etc.
