Almond cracker

  • 50g egg whites
  • 50g sugar (caster sugar)
  • 20g vegetable oil
  • 15g cake flour
  • 70g almonds flakes
How to Bake

Preheat oven to 170°C. Line a baking mat on a baking tray.

Mix egg white, sugar, oil and cake flour until milky white colour.

Add almond flakes, combine well.

Scoop one tablespoon mixture onto baking mat, spread it out as thin as possible and all almond flakes are not overlapping. each scoop is roughly palm size after you spread it flat.

Bake around 7 minutes, keep eye on it in case oven is too hot and burn the cracker.

As soon as you take the tray out of oven, you need peel the cracker off really quick and curl it before it goes hard.
