Ingredients
- 4 eggplants(long slender type) 4根茄子(长条形的那种)
- 2 slice of ginger, finely chopped 2片姜,切成泥
- 2 tablespoon light soy sauce 2汤匙生抽
- 2 teaspoon black rice vinegar 2茶匙醋
- 2 teaspoon sugar 1茶匙糖
- 1 teaspoon salt 1茶匙盐
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil 2茶匙芝麻油
- few coriander 少许香菜
- 1 chilli,finely chopped 1个辣椒,切碎
How to Cook
- Rince and pat dry eggplants.Remove the stalk from the eggplants.Steam the eggplant over high heat until softened (about 10 minutes). Remove from the heat and cool.
茄子洗净去蒂。用大火蒸大约10分钟直到茄子软。然后取出放凉。 - While setting eggplants aside, sprinkle salt on them. This is for strain extra water from eggplant, set aside for 25minutes.
在茄子上撒盐放置25分钟左右。这样可以将茄子里多余的水分挤出。 - Add ginger,soy sauce,sugar and vinegar into a little bowl and microwave about 20 seconds or until sugar is dissolved.
将生姜,生抽,汤和醋放入一个小碗,微波炉热20秒,或者等糖完全溶解。 - Slice eggplants into thin slices, pour the sauce all over the eggplants, slightly mix up. Sprinkle coriander and chilli on top, and pour seasme oil over.

最后淋上麻油。
